The challenge continues, and today it’s time for the second contestant. Today’s song is from one of Square Enix’s more odd, but still popular, games: Parasite Eve and 3rd Birthday. The game is a combination of third person tactical shooter and tactical RPG which is exclusive to Sony PlayStation Portable. The song is called Arise Within You and I chose it because it’s a bit different from the typical battle theme, it’s not stressful. It’s calm and nice to hear every time you encounter a horribly mutated monster.

That’s the first line of a game that many of you probably have played.. Another famous quote from it is: “Welcome to your doom.” If you haven’t figured it out yet, the game I’m talking about is the Mega Drive/Genesis classic Altered Beast.
